You seem to have missed the 'or' in the SETUP.TXT file.  it says that 
the installation will be "very slow" on a 4 MB OR 386 computer.  This 
means that installation on a 4MB AND 386 computer will be either 
very very slow or just plain impossible.  

Bill Gates is feeding the public complete and utter bullshit,
and they are shoving it into their mouths like candy.
