It works fine, but it's too slow for my use on even a 9500/132. Granted, I see a Pentium 60 16/1G as low end these days, but I digress. > 6,000 apps, that run at Quadra speeds(Quadra 68040 25mhz), for >$2000+(This is for a minimal config), 600 Power Mac apps, which is incredibly >small, in number of choices, compared to # of Pentium apps. This is true, but when you consider that of those 600 apps you'll probably only really need about 50 of them, it isn't quite that bad. Granted, though, that Win boxes have far better and more software available. One area I find Macs lacking is in TCP/IP tools. :( They're really nice, but the Win utils are better. Back to the point, what Amiga tcp/ip GUI tools are out there? > Sounds more expensive, and less choice. Also less >performance for the money your paying, unless you're running only Power apps. It isn't cheap, but it's a really nice and elegant solution (the DOS card) for running basic PC apps. It runs W95 nicely, too. SWv2 works as well, if a bit slowly. -------------------------------------------------------------- - My opinions do not represent the views of my employer. - - Work: 214 605 7625 Home: 214 491 7522 - - Please quote in followup mail. - -------------------------------------------------------------- - Performa 575 for sale - mail if interested - --------------------------------------------------------------
