I have a theory about the "virus" story that is going around about
Win 95.  I think that if any form of Win3.x is already on the system
and it sees Win 95, it doesn't recognize it and because of this
it thinks that Win 95 is a competitors product and it immediately
goes into its "destruct" mode, being ever so careful to cover its
tracks in the process.

On the other hand, Win 95 does the same kind of thing to any Win 3.x
package that IT sees, because IT thinks that the Win 3.x is a comp-
etitors package.

The resuting crash is really undetermined and unpredictable because
it is solely dependant on "who sees who" first.

Someone ought to "shoot" this information off to Microsoft. Microsoft,
I know you are "lurking" out there, all I ask is that you THINK about
it!
