How do you arrive at that 92%?  Since PC's make up the majority of the
industry, and the operating system running on 95% of them does not PMT,
how do arrive at your number?  Even windows 95 doesn't PMT by my
definition of PMT.  OS/2, Windows NT, Linux - Those all have PMT.
