Duh. Since neither one is possible today, can you explain how you came to
this conclusion?

You may feel free to discuss it after:

1. NT has been demonstrated to run on PPCP machines (this one's probably easy).
2. Apple releases a PPCP machine.
3. IBM releases a PPCP machine.
and
4. MacOS (either 7.5 or Copland) is running on PPCP. 

Until then, your statement can't be verified one way or the other.
