I knew Win gave the blue screen for locked applications, I didn't know Win 
3.11 wouldn't give the blue screen for running applications. (Oh no wait, I 
take that back, it would say "You can use these keystrokes to terminate a 
locked application, but there is no application in this state.")  In that 
case, Win 3.1 did that as well.
