Can you tell me any company yet that has believed that this was > the 'right' thing to do? Quite correct! This is WRONG, WRONG, WRONG! The registration file that is uploaded is generated in your Windows directory. Take a look for yourself, it doesn't contain flamable material. Again, we have yet another thread crossposted to various incompatible groups, and yet again, frantic Linux and OS/2 users are bashing MS. So let me fire one back: MS have a complete operating system solution. They've got Win95 for the various smaller computers on a LAN. Win95 is user friendly, reliable, easy to install, stable and is an overall nice operating system that is virtually free. Incidentally, Win95 integrates real well with NT. Surprise. NT offer the ultimate security, stability, performance, easy installation and is also relatively cheap (whatever MS charges for it, you save during installation and training). NT can be just the standard domain and file server, or one could expand it to become a web server and perhaps a remote access server (effectively making it possible to become an internet service vendor). All this while still being able to run every Windows and Win95 app out there... The combination of the two is *hot*. We use it and it's definately recommendable. If you want to get any work done, then this is the way to go. =\ *=- R.Moberg, author of CD-Player Pro! ftp.cica.indiana.edu: =/ /win3/sounds/cdppro45.zip
