Maybe Motorola isn't concerned with the possibility of Microsoft penetrating
their corporate secrets.  Maybe their security types are concerned that someone
at Microsoft will be comparing the number and type of software reported by
the Registration Wizards with the software purchases actually made by
Motorola, looking for unauthorized copies.  Maybe Motorola is afraid of getting
a nice big bill from Microsoft for all those unauthorized copies...

Of course, I could be wrong...
