I've worked user support, and it is a real pain in the ass to have to ask
basic questions about system configurations to complete morons.  "My
memory, that's my ROM, right?  Uhhh, '512 meg.'"

Microsoft can provide much better service to these fools if they have
their computer config and can just call it up if (and when) the fools
call.

If they're too stupid to know what type of system they're using, why do
you give a damn if microsoft knows?  At least somebody will.

Like the man said, just push "No."
