Speed up Sparc4 and howto Jaz2MB

Hi Folks
I have recently acquired an old SparcStation 4 for a good price, now I'd like to speed up this
machine somehow. At the time I have 64 MB of Ram and a 1 GB Hdd. I know I have to put in some more
Ram in it and use a bigger and faster HDD, but what can I do else? Especially I'm looking to replace
the framebuffer with 24 bit fb and maybe the processor/motherboard. Or are there any overdrive-like
expansion cards to install?
I'm also interested in where to get this hardware for a good price. I live in Switzerland/Europe and
therefore it should be available internationally. I'm very interested in buying something via an
online retailer, but have no guess where to start from.
I also use Solaris 2.7 . Is this maybe too resource hungry for my machine? Shall I downgrade to
2.5.1 ?
Any advice on how to get hardware and on how to speed up my little cute Sparc4 is welcome.

BTW, does anyone of already tried to connect a Jaz Drive to a Sparc machine? I simply have no guess
which device to mount from and how to use the drive. The drive is configured to ID 4. Again, any
advice on this issue is welcome.

Thank you for your time
