Using "AT" drives on the H89A via the Z37 controller

Help,

I recently bought a pair of "AT" type drives for use with the Z37. I
thought that I could just plug them in, but alas that doesn't work. I am
able to read from the drives, however any attempt to write to the disk results
in an H37 error #40 (I think) the one about write protect error.
I feel it has something to do with the dual speed nature of the AT drives
via pin 2 on the interface, but I am unsure of how to do it. I would
appreciate any help in this matter.

				Thanks a lot,
