WordPerfect Layout designer fragment for CALS SGML tables requested

Is there anywhere in cyberspace a WordPerfect Layout designer file (.LSI)
which contains a layout for the CALS SGML table structure?

If so could someone please post it to either of these news groups, and if
possible send it to Corel for inclusion in the SGML area of their FTP site.

I have chased Corel about this since they distribute the CALS table DTD with
WordPerfect Suite 8 but do not provide a layout design for it.
