According to BibTeX manual one has to put in TITLE field:
TITLE = "Something {E}lse"
to make "E" appear upper case in the typeset document. Ok, this works.
But it doesn't work:
TITLE = "Something {\em {E}lse}"
In the typeset document "else" appears emphasized, but with "E" in
_lower_ case. Any idea why? Any solution?
Thanx in advance,
Andrej
