If you can stay with a DOS/Windows machine, then you should be able to do the 
job from MSWord 6.0, if you have a copy available. It has both input and 
output WP5.1 converters.

If you don't have access to Word, then I believe I have seen filters mentioned 
here before, but I don't recall any specifics.
