Hi, I'm trying to build a troff (ditroff) description file for
the Transcript Software and a postscript printer under dynix.  I'm
stuck at the point where I convert a DESC file to a DESC.out file.
I appear to need a program called makedev which doesn't exist.  I
checked a Microport machine and its documentation says I should
use makedev but the program doesn't exist on that machine either.
Have I missed something obvious?
