In trying to build InterViews 3.1, the preprocessor issues these errors:

Line 53, for example, is

virtual void GetActual(int& major, int& minor);

This looks fine.  Evidently, major and minor are themselves macros in some
other place?  I tried following all the nested includes, but after awhile
my head hurt.  I can edit the file and just take out major and minor from
all those prototypes, but the old saying applies - if you change someone
else's code, you own it!  I definitely want to avoid that.  Any ideas?

Also, I ran into a lack of definition for the type pid_t.  That turns
out to be in sys/stdtypes.h.  OS/types.h includes sys/types.h, but not
sys/stdtypes.h.  (It appears that OS/types.h is where this include should
be - is that correct?)  I can make that change readily enough; again, has
anyone else run into this?
