	Ok, I give up.  How do I draw a circle on a canvas
in IV3.1?  I can't be right in assuming there isn't a way to
do this.  I know about curve_to but I have no idea what this
does and haven't been able to get it to do anything useful
(like render any pixels).  I don't really want spline, I want
a circle.
