Re: borland C++  and help files.

According to Borland on CI$, the help compiler was held up over legal
matters and didn't go to the people who get early copies of BC++.  In
a few weeks (I heard 4-6, but that was almost 2 weeks ago) the help
compiler will be sent to those people who didn't get it origionally.
