Borland has released a replacement for windebug.dll that will run
under both Windows 3.0 and 3.1 as an interim solution until the full
3.1 support update comes out in 6 to 8 weeks. The file is named
TDWIN.ZIP on Compuserve in BPROGB Lib 8, and on the Borland BBS [call
(408) 439-9096 and use your serial number of any Borland product as
password]. I'll ftp it to the Simtel20 archives, probably today, named
TDWIN31.ZIP and suggest that it go into the pd:<msdos.turbo-c>
directory there. The file is less than 7k bytes long.

Note the disclaimers and limitations in the readme file, especially
that this will not work with the 3.1 debugging kernel. I'm working on
releasing a fix for that, but the powers that be may hold off on doing
anything about that until the official release of our 3.1 update,
especially since the 3.1 SDK, which contains the debugging kernel, is
itself not yet officially released by Microsoft.
