Hi all, I am new to this groups and noticed that this week Microsoft introduced Windows 3.1 with a lot of hoopla. I am interested in becoming a Windows developer and would like to know which tools are going to support 3.1 Is microsoft still distributing Toolbook with Windows and will windows 3.1 have a version which supports the multi-media extensions? Is Plus going to support 3.1, further, does plus support stand alone applications or does the user have to have plus to use its stacks? What are the various C++ implementations, which one is cheapest/best,ect? Many Questions, Thanks in advance, Chris Hanley hanley@fyi.crd.ge.com
