MS C/C++ v7 do not have ALL that is required to write windows apps. They have some of the library files but no other items. The SDk (currently v3.1 is in Beta testing) has all the debuggers, resource compilers, header files, etc. In short, you need the SDK and the compiler. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jeff Anderson jeff@sporty.col.oh.us jaa@rsch.oclc.org H: 614-252-7563 B7 f+ t w dc g+ k+ s- e r jeff@sporty.UUCP W: 614-764-6222 "You were traveling at over 80,000 k.p.h. only 10 meters from Cadet Albert, and you didn't even know his orientation?!!" -ST:TNG -------------------------------------------------------------------------------
