Yes. I have C7 :-) It includes the entire 3.1 SDK on 12 separate disks!
But no hardcopy manuals for the SDK, they can be had for $150 extra. Don't
get me wrong though, it does come with about 16 pounds worth of manuals for
C7; here are the titles of the included manuals:

	C Language Reference
	C++ Language Reference
	Run-Time Library Reference
	Class Libraries Reference
	Microsoft Source Profiler User's Guide
	SDK Setup Toolkit for Windows
	SDK Programming Tools
	Class Libraries User's Guide
	C++ Tutorial
	Programming Techniques
	Environment and Tools
	Comprehensive Index and Errors Reference

These are soft bound books of various sizes which measure about 9" when
stacked up. TOO MUCH DOCS FOR ME! I will leave most of these books
wrapped in the plastic wrap forever and use the on line docs, but the
people who have been complaining about not being able to read docs in
bed will have about a years worth of bedtime stories to look forward to.

Also C7 bundles in the Microsoft Source Profiler which looks useful. Also
included is 386MAX Version 6.01 memory manager from Qualitas. The reason
for this is that C7 REQUIRES DPMI support to run. If you run in a DOS
box under Windows then Windows provides the DPMI, but if you run under
vanilla DOS then you need 386MAX to let C7 get at your extended memory.
You *do* have exended memory don't you? I thought so.

C7 *does not* let you write 32 bit apps. I called and asked :-( They
said that they "are working on it". And that it will be in a future
upgrade to the compiler.
