Who's on first,... I don't know...

I spoke to a salesperson at the MS 1-800 sales line last night and ordered
my copy of the 3.1 SDK upgrade by fax this morning.  After reading the articles
here concerning availability of 3.1 SDK only with C7.0 I called MS again and
just spoke to another sales person.  According to my sampling of two,
the SDK upgrade is available separately.... The price I was quoted was
$150 + $10 shipping.  If you've bought the SDK recently,-- sorry I don't
know what their cut-off date is,-- only the $10 shipping cost is required.

The second saleperson knew the cost immediately, as though a lot of people
had been calling %-),-- or perhaps they only recently established the policy.

...hot off NPR MS and HP prevail over Apple in look-and-feel litigation...
