3.0 SDK vs. 3.1 SDK

Hello everybody,

Now that Windows 3.1 is out, is there going to be a corresponding release of
an SDK for this version? For example, does 3.1 use any new functions not
available for 3.0? Or, was Windows 3.1 developed using the 3.0 SDK?

This may sound like a stupid question, but I'm not real familiar with all the
changes Windows 3.1 has over 3.0. I saw a reasonable price for an SDK, and
I was wondering if the company was trying to dump any old (3.0) versions they
may have in inventory.

Thanx for any info,

Dave.
