A friend of mine has a problem with his PC: Windows 3.1 won't recognise his XGA card. The monitor he is using is an 8214/A. Windows boots, displays the title screen, and then hangs (though he can still hear the disk swapping). It's almost as if windows wasn't switching on the display or something. Anyone any idea what's wrong? -- rjwalsh@maths.tcd.ie \ Information Technology Dept., Room 24, Annex 5, Robert Walsh \ RTE, Donnybrook, Advanced Developement Group \ Dublin 4, Ireland.
