I am having trouble getting a summation equation to work in Word for Windows.
Using the example in the WinWord manual:
{eq \i\su(i=0,n\s(2),\r(i))}
Instead of a summation symbol I get a Boldface "a" in place where the Summation
symbol is supposed to be. What is the right way of doing this?
I have tried this on another system that has WinWord 1.1a and it does the same
thing.
