 I'm trying to get that file but I also plan to check out the ATI BBS for

 I may be incorrect in my understanding of how the crystal fonts work, but
I get the impression that they do what Adobe Type Manager does-- create on
the fly screen fonts from the vector font in memory (hd or ram). Whereas
ATM reads the ps font directly, the special technology in the Crystal Font
requires a specific crystal font on the hd. The converter would enable a
postscript user to create crystal fonts for any and all the ps fonts and 
thus replace the atm screen fonts with the crystal fonts. They would be
available for use in all Windows apps.
