WinQvt 4.77 & Win 3.1

When running WinQVT 4.77 with Windows 3.1, it first asks me if I want
to drop the existing connection (there is none).  Then when I dial
WinQVT cycles the DTR line up and down 3 or 4 times before even initializing
the modem.  Sounds like small compatiability problems.  Other than that, it
seems to be working fine.  I'm typing with it now.  If only it supported
38400 bps since Windows 3.1 officially supports it now...
