This isn't nearly as convenient as just clicking in the window to focus
it.

The problem with implementing the latter is that once the window is
focused, you want the WM to pass through the button events.  Currently,
there is no way to do this in TWM--at least not that I'm aware of.

I've proposed a couple of solutions, neither of which has been
implemented:

1) Allow separate button bindings for focused and unfocused windows.

2) Expand the macro syntax to allow testing for focus and synthesizing
a new button event (if necessary).
