I am having trouble mapping the keypad keys on a 101A keyboard for use in xterm.
Other keys which I have defined in .Xdefaults work fine.

However, when I execute xmodmap, it shows keycode 101 as the following:

	101 0xff63 (Insert) 0xff63 (Insert) 0xffb0 (KP_0)

How do I define this in the .Xdefaults file?  I have tried: 

Xterm*vt100.translations:     #overide \
<Key> KP_0: string(0x1b) sring(0x4f) string(0x53) \n\
 
and    

<Key> Insert KP_0: string(0x1b) sring(0x4f) string(0x53) \n\
<Key> KP_0 Insert: string(0x1b) sring(0x4f) string(0x53) \n\  


Any help or guidance would be appreciated.  I have tried man xterm, xview, etc.
