I recently switched from using M.I.T.'s X11R3 on a SUN to using DEC
Windows on a VMS VAXstation 3100.  Can someone please answer these few
questions about VMS DECWindows?

1.  Where and in what order does the DECWindows Resource Manager
load default files?  I get the impression that users/programmers aren't
supposed to be aware of such things.  For example, on a UNIX system,
the Resource Manager looks in the following places in the following order:

1.  file /usr/lib/X11/app-defaults/<class>
2.  file $XAppresdir/<class>
3.  data in RESOURCE_MANAGER property
4.  if #3 doesn't exist, load $HOME/.Xdefaults
5.  file specified by $XENVIRONMENT
6.  if #5 is not set, load $HOME/.Xdefaults-<host>
7.  command-line options

What is the VMS DECWindows equivalent to the above?  

2.  In what directory are the color names kept?  There must be some logical
associated with a directory, but I can't find it.

3.  Lastly, I notice that the default resource files for DEC products
begin with DECW$.  If I create a default resource file for my
application "foo", is there a standard name I should give it?
