Ah, we can discuss FART here rather looking for a seperate
newsgroup.

Ever had the coin machines give you short change?  They make
you jump hoops just to get a quarter credit.

And then there's the 0.5% sales tax we pay on everything in
the BART counties to keep the system bloated with revenue.

It's all Becthal and PG&E's fault; government and business
should never mix.
