I'm looking for a personal trainer to help with a fitness routine. I'm slightly overweight and need somebody that can attend the gym with me and help motivate me through my workouts. I'm also looking for somebody that can tell me what machines/exercises will work best for me to reach my goals. Some meal planning assistance will be appreciated. Reasonable prices, flexible hours. Contact needfitnesshelp@hotmail.com with contact information, experience, rates and any other information you feel necessary.
