Phil,

Check the Creative site for an upgrade, but I don't know
anyone who has gotten Playcenter to work. I haven't put
alot of time into figuring out why, but someone reported
that their is a conflict between the Playcenter and software
for CD-burners (got one?).

However, I haven't heard of problems with Cakewalk, Acid
etc. The SBLive is a great card, but also notoriously
difficult to set up. Check for updated drivers and hardware
conflicts. Some folks have reduced conflicts by removing
the SB16 Emulation that is included to run programs in DOS
emulation.

Good Luck,

Michael
