Have you tried calling Creative Customer Service (not Technical Support)
at their 800 number?  If you have serial numbers for the card and the
speakers, at least in the past it would be sent free of charge.  You do
have DTT2500 speakers, as those are really the only ones that adapter
really was appropriate for, AFAIK?

If you're just talking about using the RCA side of things, you really
just need a mono cable with a miniplug on one end and an RCA plug on
the other.  Technically, an ordinary audio adapter cable of that type
is the wrong impedance, but will probably work despite that.  For a
better match you can adapt a 75 Ohm video cable, RCA-plug on each end,
or any cable audio stores sell for digital connection, by adding Radio
Shack part # 274-330, or similar, to one end and plugging that end into
the SBLive digital jack.  (You can see a picture of the adapter by
searching at http://www.radioshack.com for that part number.)
