Webcam Go installation problems on Win 2K

After downloading the appropriate Webcam Go files for Windows 2000 and
trying to install, nothing happened.  The drivers were loaded just fine but
the monitor and control programs would not install.  It only shows
"Extracting files to a temporary file.  Please wait."  Once the extraction
is done, there is not setup walkthrough and nothing happens.  I have checked
all temp folders and not found any install files.

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?  I would appreciate any help.  :-)
