problems with creative online-registration (inetreg.exe)

Hi,

I use win2k and I have the following problem with inetreg.exe:
every time at startup the creative online registration window appears and I
can cancel or complete the registration - but the window appears again and
again... every time I close it.

Do I maybe have not enough rights to change the keys in the registry?!
