I don't know of any problems between the two, but I would not have stuck
both in and then installed Windows.

Get rid of the PCTV card, test your system.

Put the PCTV card in - re-install the drivers, and test again.

Shutting the stable door after the horse has bolted I know, but in future,
build
a system with bare bones - i.e. hd, floppy, cd (if you must) and vid.
Nothing
else.

Once you got Windows (or whatever installed) then add your other hardware
bit by bit and test between each addition. Takes longer, but you could
well find it will take you shorter (if you know what I mean).
