We have published avenues for support both on our Web site and the manuals that were included with your product. These newsgroups have been provided to enable our customers to discuss their products and use with other components within their system. I don't know of any company that uses a news server, either their own, or one in the public Usenet as a means of Technical Support. As a matter of fact, I don't think there are that many company owned news servers left. -- Harvey Fong Technical Marketing Specialist Audio Products Creative Labs Inc. http://www.soundblaster.com Steve wrote: > Where is the tech support newsgroups? > "Keyan" <fall_of_stars@hotmail.com> wrote in message > news:94g3b8$aqs$1@news.creativelabs.com... > > First and foremost, this IS NOT a tech support newsgroup.
