For some reason I can't play music files on my PC. After reformatting my PC, I re-installed the latest versions of Napster and Real Jukebox but I get error messages: Real Jukebox: "Cannot open the audio device. Another application may be using it" yet there are no other applications open. Napster: "Can't open playback device. It might already be used." Looking at the device manager for the sound card (Creative Awe 64 Wavetable MIDI (Awe 32 Compatible), it says: "Device Failure: Try changing the driver for this device. If that doesn't work, see your hardware documentation. (Code 2.)" I don't know what to do. Anyone's help would be appreciated. Thanks, Sylvia Oliver.
