Ummm.... this is a TNT newsgroup but we're always happy to help :-)

First of all, is it a Permedia2 card? I'm only familiar with the nVidia
family. Anyway, you should completely remove the old drivers before
installing the new ones (I mean delete all the its previous driver files).
Sorry, but I don't know what files to delete in your case. If you really
need those new drivers, completely reinstall Windows and then install the
new drivers... though I'm not sure that it would work after that.

BTW... Tammy & Mandy, I think we have a case for you... Creative should be
familiar with this card, which is quite unknown for us :)
