Hello all!  Nancy, Mary and I did a walk through this morning and
we felt we needed to REMIND everyone to PLEASE remember to put out
your trash and recycle bins.  We saw bins and cans that were over-
flowing, popcorn and crumbs all over the floors, open cracker
boxes sitting on shelfs/desks and STACKS of old Diamondbacks laying
around because no one has taken the time to get rid of this stuff.
Some desks seem to be being used as pantries and storage areas.

Folks, we need to get these areas presentable to prospective students.
If they see rooms being used as trash heeps and huge roaches running
around, they are not going to be attracted to UM.  Please be considerate
by helping us out here.  I have talked to the cleaning staff to remind
them of their duty to come into the office once every two weeks to
vacuum but we need your help keeping the place decent.

Especially keep this in mind if you are vacating the premises for the
Summer (or forever). Please clean your space before you leave so that
others can use this area.
