The chips you are looking for now have Intel model numbers. Or something. If it is detected as 21041, then it is likely a 10Mb Tulip-like card. You can use either the tulip.c or the de4x5 driver. This chip was used on the SMC EtherPower cards, and on the one sitting in front of me: a Linksys EtherPCI card. Note that you can always enter the FCC-ID into the FCC ID Search form and find out the manufacturer: www.fcc.gov/oet/fccid A final note, the v0.89g tulip driver that comes with most linuces does not work with the new 21143 chips. Get the 0.91 drivers from cesdis.gsfc.nasa.gov/linux first. I'm very happy with the Tulip line of cards. Good luck! -- -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Michael J.
