Hi everybody

I transferred the wu-ftpd package in order to install an anonymous FTP 
server. I compiled it, anon FTP works fine, but normal users ar unable to 
use the ftp service. 

We have a decstation 5000/25 with ultrix 4.2A, at UPGRADE SECURITY LEVEL. 
I think that the security level causes problems, but I could not find any 
useful information.
