Remote loggin problems

I have a problem that I am at a complete loss at not only why but how to =
solve.

Recently, my DECstation 3100 with 4.4 starting making me wait when I try a =
remote loggin from a particular domain. It does not do this from other =
doamins. This wait occurs with any loggin type, ie. ftp, telnet, sendmail =
etc. as follows: =20

jupiter> telnet plum.arctic.net
Trying 206.149.90.2... Connected to plum.arctic.net.
Escape character is '^]'.

I basically I have to wait at this point for about a minute until I get a =
login: prompt. This has not always been the case it just started doing this =
and I can't seem to tie it to a particular change. =20

I can also telnet to a system in a domain other than the one I am in and =
have no problems with a delay.

I have looked at my DNS since that is where I have made the majority of =
changes recently but it looks ok.

I am hoping that someone will have a suggestions that will help.

Scott
