I am new to UNIX, but learning fast. What is thre scoop on Ultrix, and its imminent obsoletion? I keep hearing that its being replaced by DEC OSF with the aid of AT&T, or something, but I'm not really sure. I am concerned, because I don't want to get into a UNIX version that I cannot apply in the future. I know that most versions of UNIX are very similar, so what are the major differences between Ultrix and the others, like Berkeley UNIX? Brad Barkett SSU, Maryland, USA
