The original post asked about long-block CAM drivers for a DECstation 5000/150.
It turns out for ultrix v.4.3a and above this is in the kernel, so no
additional steps need to be taken. The true problem turns out to be that the
original tape was mistakenly blocked at 32k (determined by tapex) and the
software does not like this. Thanks to the following people:
