This is what I get from the w command on my Decstation 5000/240 
running Ultrix 4.3a:

  9:16am  up 48 days, 13:39,  1 users,  load average: 0.00, 0.00, 0.00
User     tty from           login@  idle   JCPU   PCPU  what
root     co                22Aug95                      w 

The time is correct, the uptime is wrong - the last reboot is not 
recorded and the load avaerage always stays as shown.

Can anybody tell me what I need to do to fix it ?  Rebooting does nothing
