Dear managers:

I've taken over responsibilities from my previous boss of managing his
software.  I'm trying to install rcs-5.7.  I get this error message when
I do a ./configure as root.

checking diff options for RCS... checking diff -L... no
checking diff3 -m... sh: sh: not found
no
checking diff3 library program... configure: error: cannot find a
working diff3
library program

I just recently installed diffutils and I ran make install on diffutils.
It placed the diff executables (cmp, diff, diff3, and sdiff) in the
/usr/local/bin directory.
