                               ROOM FOR RENT

One bedroom/bathroom in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located 1.5
miles from campus (30th and Glenwood).  Carpeting, kitchen appliances,
bathroom lighting and mirrors installed in 1993.  Balcony off living room
with good view of Flatirons.  Laundry room down hall, and outdoor swimming
pool on site.  Right on busline to campus. 

$362.50/month (half the rent) plus utilities. The deposit is $287.50. 
Half of water/heat/electricity is about $15/month, half of the local phone
charge is about $10/month.  Available December 17th for either a 1-year or
6-month lease. 

No dogs, cats, or smoking due to my allergies, but small animals like
gerbils or fish are fine.  I am a male graduate student in Aerospace
Engineering and would prefer to have a serious student or a professional
as a roomate.  Can be either male or female.
